Foreclosure membership terms

These terms cover the foreclosure membership sold by Golden Palmetto Realty Company, LLC ("we") at gprealtyco.com. By starting a membership you agree to them.

What you get

For each county you pay for: a page for every property on that county's Master in Equity sale list for as long as your membership is active, with the aerial and parcel outline, the published case facts, county records details, and a deal calculator. Pages are viewed online at gprealtyco.com/members; the property pages cannot be downloaded or printed. The one file you may download is the sale day bid calculator for a county you pay for, which works without internet at the sale. It carries your email, is licensed to you alone, and may not be shared, posted or resold. New lists are added when the county posts them. We cannot add a county's list before the county publishes it.

Price and automatic renewal

Your membership renews automatically at the end of each period, every month or every year depending on the plan you picked, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. You are charged at the start of each period to the card you used. If we ever change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

Founding member offer

Code FOUNDING25 takes 25% off the first year of a yearly plan. It is good for the first 10 members who use it, or until 11:59 PM Eastern on October 31, 2026, whichever comes first. After the first year the plan renews at the regular yearly price.

How to cancel

Cancel anytime online: sign in at gprealtyco.com/members and tap Manage or cancel. You can also call or text 843-358-GOLD (4653) or email [email protected]. When you cancel, your membership stops renewing and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it.

Your login

Your membership is for one person. It works on one device at a time: signing in on a new phone or computer signs out the last one. Please do not share your login, or copy, screenshot or pass the pages on to others. Each page is marked with your email. We may end a membership that is being shared or resold, without a refund.

What the pages are, and are not

The pages are compiled from public records on the dates shown. Records can be wrong, out of date or incomplete, and sales are often postponed or cancelled right up to the day of sale. The pages are research. They are not legal, title, tax or investment advice, not an appraisal, and not an offer to sell or a solicitation of any property. Do your own title search, confirm the sale with the plaintiff's attorney, and see the property before you bid. Parcel outlines and acreage come from county GIS and are approximate, not a survey.
