What we do with your information

Golden Palmetto Realty Company, LLC runs gprealtyco.com and the client login at portal.gprealtyco.com. This page says, in plain words, what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form: your name, phone number, email and message, plus the page you sent it from. If we set you up with a client login, we also keep your email address and the files and reports we share with you there.

Memberships and payments

If you buy a foreclosure membership, Stripe processes your payment. We never see or store your card number. We keep your email, the counties and plan you picked, and whether your membership is active, so we can let you in and send your receipts.

What we use it for

To call, text or email you back about what you asked, and to work your real estate matter with you. Sending a form is you asking us to get back to you. If you want us to stop contacting you, tell us and we will.

Who sees it

Our licensed agents and our broker in charge. We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only when your transaction needs it, for example with the closing attorney, a lender or the other agent, or when the law requires it.

How it is kept

Form messages and client files are stored with the companies that host our website, email and client login, behind a sign in. Real estate records are kept at least five years because South Carolina law requires it.

Cookies

The site remembers whether you picked light or dark mode on your own device. We do not run advertising trackers.
